Online therapy allows you to take sessions from the comfort of your own home. All sessions will be conducted through your patient portal, which can be accessed from your desktop or smartphone. 

Should you decide to participate in online therapy I will provide detailed instructions so there is no confusion. 

You will have access to a patient portal to complete initial paperwork to get services started. It is through this same patient portal that virtual/online sessions are conducted seamlessly. This portal can be accessed through a desktop device or through an app on your smartphone.

Your first session we are laying the foundation for our work together. We will review initial paperwork and conduct an overall assessment. Assessments review medical/ physical health history, past treatment and your treatment goals. We try to better understand your “why therapy and why now.”

My practice accepts insurance and self pay clients.

• Initial Assessment (1hr): $185.00 

• Individual Session (1hr): $160.00

3. Call the Atrium Health Behavioral Health/Charlotte 24 hour call center at 704-444-2400 or go to the psychiatric ER at Atrium Health Behavioral Health on Billingsley Rd. which is open 24 hours/day.  

4. Call the Novant Health ACCESS line at 704-384-4255 or report to the closest Novant Health ER.
